I was really worried about some cracks on the front of our house. They were prompt, superbly professional. Explained everything in non techical... language and the price was spot on.It is always daunting dealing with these sorts of issues but AWS made it really simple.Couldn't recommend them highly enough.read more

The AWS team was very helpful from day one, when I made the first call and spoke to Rex Wong, he took the time to explain everything in detail then... quoted and delivered calculations and drawings by the time I was promised, Rex and Sue were very helpful when need to make amendments to our plans and really good dealing with Thames water and the council for the required licences, I will definitely use their services again and will recommend AWS anytime. Recently I was in touch with AWS and needed an urgent report. Rex Wong at AWS responded to my request. I was able to get in touch with Rex and his... response time was quick. He produced a report on time and provided needed details to proceed with my building works. He understands end-user priorities and focus on delivering results on time. I would recommend AWS / Rexread more

They were recommended by my architect. We needed a structural engineer to work on our extension project in London. They were efficient, very... responsive and worked well with my architect, party wall surveyor, and builder. Our project was on hold for a year due to party wall issues and then we needed a quick response to change the structrual design. They reacted quickly to our request and the project is now moving. Their price was very competitive too and very clear upfront about their quotation.read more

We brought AWS in as an alternative to the structural engineers who were recommended by our architect. The reason we didn’t go with the first... referral was that they were going to submit their assessment solely based on the architectural drawings, without actually visiting our home. We thought that was a bit unusual and were not comfortable with that.Rex Wong visited our home and made a very thorough assessment, and was able to pick up on some potential issues that were not captured by the architects. We were very pleased with the service and can highly recommend AWS for your project.read more

Excellent, quick service compared to other companies I have used before. Great turnaround times and very responsive to queries along the way, always... easy to get hold of. Very happy with the drawings and AWS have asked the builder to get in touch if there are any queries for the build.
